The wedding venues in Essex are some of the best in the country, and we adore the countryside this county boasts. But, if you're getting married abroad, and you send us an invite, you need not worry about chasing our RSVP. We'll likely arrive at your destination wedding before you do!

We're sure the loved ones of Caroline and Xavier we're just as delighted as we would have been, when they discovered their wedding was to be in Ibiza. An island that, away from the late night party venues, is one of the most beautiful places in Europe. A stunning destination to tie the knot, and a wonderful spot to celebrate their very Spanish love affair.

How did you two meet? 

We met in Barcelona in a bar 6 and a half years ago, and we got engaged in Madrid on New Year's Eve a year and a half ago.

What was your favourite moment from the wedding? 

Our favourite moment from the wedding was when we went into the wedding breakfast, the music was really loud and everyone was swinging their napkins around their heads. It was so special seeing all of our friends and family there cheering and looking so happy for us.  

Tell us all about your wedding dress. What details do you love, how did it make you feel? 

My wedding dress was by Enzoani.  It had a bardot neckline with buttons all the way down the back. I absolutely loved my dress, I felt amazing in it and loved the way it fitted, it was such a special dress. 

What was the general decor for your big day? 

Our wedding decor was very rustic, the venue we picked in Ibiza spoke for itself with an incredible backdrop, so we just added to it with lemons, eucalyptus and bougainvillea on the tables. 

Do you have any advice for future Bellissima Brides? 

One piece of advice I would give is remember the day is all about you and your partner, no one else. Get on that dance floor and don't stop dancing because, like everyone tells you, it goes so so fast! 

How was your Bellissima experience?

My Bellissima experience was second to none, from the moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and made me feel incredibly special. Marianne was amazing and put me at ease with every fitting.
